Discover the intriguing city of Belgrade, a diverse capital, where there is the chance to explore legendary sites such as Baile Herculane, home to one of the oldest and most famous spas in Romania. The beautiful blue Danube then unveils its most spectacular landscapes at the Iron Gates, which separates the Carpathians and the Balkans. Admire the breathtaking scenery before reaching Mohacs, gateway to Pecs, a city with a proud history. The Hungarian capital of Budapest, a city with two fascinating sides, is a fitting finale to this superb cruise.

Day 1 : UK - Budapest (Hungary)

Fly from Manchester and embark your ship in Budapest. Presentation of the crew during the welcome cocktail and dinner on board this evening. Cruising through the night.

Day 2 : Mohacs - Osijek (Croatia)

Today's optional excursion is a visit to the stunning Croatian city of Osijek, home to an impressive 18th-century fortress.

Day 3 : Belgrade (Serbia)

Join the optional excursion to Belgrade with highlights including Tito's Memorial and the impressive Fortress Kalemegdan which overlooks the Sava and Danube Rivers. Enjoy an evening of traditional Serbian entertainment on board.

Day 4 : Orsova (Romania) - Iron Gates

Today there is an optional excursion to the spa towns of Baile Herculane and Orsova. Begin cruising through the spectacular Iron Gates.

Day 5 : Novi Sad (Serbia) - Ilok (Croatia) - Vukovar

Perhaps join the optional visit to Novi Sad, the capital city of the autonomous region of Vojvodina, as well as the city of Sremski Karlovci. There is also the opportunity to explore Ilok on an optional excursion to visit the medieval city and taste some local products. Return to the ship in Vukovar.

Day 6 : Mohacs (Hungary) - Kalocsa

Today's optional excursion is Pécs, a 2000-year-old jewel of a city. The afternoon will be spent cruising, with an optional excursion to the Puszta. Tonight is the gala dinner and evening.

Day 7 : Budapest

This morning there is an optional tour of Budapest, taking in Buda with its hills and valleys and Pest with its flat plain. There is time to explore the city at leisure this afternoon, or join the optional excursion to the Baroque Royal Palace of Godollo.

Day 8 : Budapest - UK

Disembark after breakfast on board and transfer to the airport for your return flight to Manchester.
