Day 3 : Invergordon (Scotland, UK)

Situated on the shores of the deep Cromarty Firth and with a fine natural harbour, Invergordon is a charming coastal gateway to the beautiful Scottish Highlands. The incredible Scottish scenery forms a stunning backdrop to romantic castles and historic battlefields.

Day 4 : Lerwick (Shetland Islands)

Lerwick was founded as an unofficial marketplace to service 17th-century Dutch herring fleets. Hay's Dock is home to the Shetland Museum and Archives. On the southern tip of Mainland is the impressive archaeological site of Jarlshof.

Day 5 : Stornoway (Isle of Lewis)

Originally a Viking settlement, Stornoway is today the main town on the beautiful island of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Explore the local specialist shops selling handcrafted goods from the Outer Hebrides including jewellery and the famous Harris Tweed. The Isle of Lewis is considered to be the heartland of the Gaelic culture, and is home to some important prehistoric sites including the Neolithic Callanish Stones and Pictish Carloway Broch.

Day 6 : Tobermory (Isle of Mull)

The picture-postcard village of Tobermory is one of the prettiest ports in Scotland. Its large natural harbour is home to colourful boats bobbing on the waves and a rainbow of brightly painted buildings backed by wooded hills. Mull’s landscape ranges from high mountain and wild moorland to sea cliffs and sandy beaches.

Day 7 : Belfast (Northern Ireland)

The cosmopolitan city of Belfast is home to Titanic Belfast, the museum exploring the legend of the Titanic. At the heart of today’s cosmopolitan city is Belfast’s elegant City Hall, which stands in Donegal Square. Perhaps discover the extraordinary Giant’s Causeway.

Day 8 : Cobh (Republic of Ireland)

Cobh lies at the mouth of the River Lee and has one of the best natural harbours in the world. See the brightly coloured houses which line the streets from the waterfront and the imposing St Coleman's Cathedral. Cobh is also the gateway to the city of Cork and the legendary Blarney Castle.

Day 9 : St Mary's (Isles of Scilly)

The Isles of Scilly lie just off the coast of Cornwall. St Mary's is the largest of the inhabited islands and is a delight to explore.

Day 10 : Portsmouth (England, UK)

A dynamic and vibrant waterfront city, Portsmouth is an irresistible mix of history and heritage. The city is home to one of the most important naval bases in the United Kingdom and the Historic Dockyard reveals 800 years of naval history. The Mary Rose Museum, and the famous warships HMS Victory and HMS Warrior further illustrate Portsmouth’s rich maritime history.
