Tour Islay's Laphroaig whisky distillery then cruise to Bangor in Northern Ireland for a guided tour of Mount Stewart House and the chance to explore its superb gardens. Cross the Irish Sea to the Isle of Man for a whole host of exciting visits, including Tynwald Hill, the 13th-century Castle Rushen, the Old House of Keys which is the former home of the Manx Parliament, the Isle of Man Motor Museum and the new Tynwald building.

Explore the shipyard at Belfast and learn more about the legendary Titanic with a visit to the Titanic Exhibition. Cruise back through the North Channel to Crinan for relaxing walks along the canal towpath.

Castle Rushen

Day 1 : Oban (Scotland)

Embark Hebridean Princess in Oban.

Day 2 : Port Ellen

Visit Laphroaig, one of Islay's eight working whisky distilleries then cruise south through the North Channel.

Day 3 : Bangor (Northern Ireland) - Strangford Lough

Enjoy a guided tour of Mount Stewart House, ancestral home of the Marquesses of Londonderry, with lunch and time to explore the superb gardens. Rejoin the ship in Strangford Lough, the largest sea loch in the British Isles.

Day 4 : Peel (Isle of Man)

Cross the Irish Sea to the Isle of Man to explore the distinctive Tynwald Hill then visit Castle Rushen, one of the world's best-preserved medieval castles. Later, learn about 19th-century political life on the island at the Old House of Keys and visit the Isle of Man Motor Museum.

Day 5 : Douglas

See the new Tynwald building, home to the world's oldest continuous parliament, before cruising back across the Irish Sea.

Day 6 : Belfast (Northern Ireland)

Explore Belfast's shipyard and uncover the story of the Titanic in the city where it all began, then enjoy a tour of the local landmarks.

Day 7 : Crinan (Scotland)

Cruise the North Channel this morning back into Scottish waters to Crinan for leisurely walks along the Crinan Canal.

Day 8 : Oban

Disembark Hebridean Princess in Oban.
